We are unable to accommodate same-day reservations for our meeting rooms. Meeting room reservations in the main library will be forfeited if more than 30 minutes late.

Located on the second floor of the Library, this soundproof meeting room seats 8 occupants, features expansive views of the Yampa River, and is available during library hours. Wireless internet is available. It is free to use and is ADA accessible. Assisted listening devices are available upon request.  Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of meetings. You may only make one reservation per day for a maximum of 4 hours.

Located on the first floor of the Library, this soundproof meeting room features whiteboards, moveable tables, and chairs. It is available during library hours. Wireless internet is available. It is free to use and ADA-accessible. Assisted listening devices are available upon request. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of meetings. You may only make one daily reservation for a maximum of 4 hours.

Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance.

  • General Public - $75/hr
  • Required Deposit - $120 (refundable up to $115)
  • Audio/Visual Equipment - $75 flat fee
